What we do

We are an independent intermediary. Customers order national park tickets through us, our team then purchases the official tickets from the official park organisations — Parco Nazionale delle Cinque Terre (Italy) and Plitvice Lakes National Park (Croatia) — on the customer's behalf, and we deliver them by email within 12 hours after payment.

We are not affiliated with these parks, with their operators or with any government body. The same tickets can also be bought directly on the official park websites, where you pay the official price without our service fee.

Prices

The price you pay consists of the official ticket price plus our service fee. Both amounts are shown separately during booking before you pay.

Responsibility for content

We prepare the content of this website with care, but we cannot guarantee that all information — in particular park opening times, prices and access rules published by third parties — is complete and up to date at all times. Where we link to external websites, the operators of those sites are responsible for their content.

Consumer dispute resolution

Consumers in the European Union can submit complaints to their national consumer authority. We are not obliged, and are not willing, to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. We do handle every complaint sent to info@national-park.eu directly.
