Right of withdrawal
As a consumer in the European Union you have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days, without giving a reason.
Last updated: 2026-08-28
Withdrawal period
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which the contract for our service was concluded — that is, the day your payment was confirmed.
How to withdraw
To exercise your right of withdrawal, send us a clear statement of that decision by email to info@national-park.eu, stating your booking reference. You may use the model form below, but that is not obligatory. Sending your notice before the period expires is sufficient.
When the right of withdrawal ends
Before paying, you expressly request that we begin performing the service immediately and you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed. This is the third consent checkbox on the order completion page.
Our service is fully performed as soon as we have purchased your official tickets and delivered them to you by email. From that moment the right of withdrawal no longer applies.
If you withdraw after we have started but before the service is fully performed, you owe an amount proportionate to what has already been provided; we refund the remainder.
Effects of withdrawal
If you validly withdraw, we reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of receiving your notice. We use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, and you incur no fees for the reimbursement.
