Terms and conditions
These terms apply to every order placed with National Processing Center LLC (trading as National Park EU) through this website.
Last updated: 2026-08-28
1. Scope and definitions
"We", "us" and "National Park EU" mean National Processing Center LLC. "You" means the customer placing the order. "Park organisation" means the official operator of the national park concerned. "Service" means our purchase and delivery of official park tickets on your behalf.
These terms apply to all orders. Deviating conditions only apply if we confirm them in writing.
2. Our service — independent intermediary
We are an independent intermediary and not the national park, its operator or a government body. You instruct us to purchase official tickets in your name and for your account and to deliver them to you by email.
The same tickets can be purchased directly from the official park websites. In that case you pay only the official price and no service fee.
The total price consists of the official ticket price plus our service fee. Both are shown separately before you pay.
3. Formation of the contract
Presenting tickets on this website is an invitation to order, not a binding offer. Your order becomes binding when you complete the booking steps, confirm the required consents and complete the payment.
The contract for our service comes into effect when we confirm your payment by email. That confirmation email contains your booking reference.
4. Booking deadline
Orders can be placed until 18:00 (Europe/Amsterdam) on the day before your visit date. We need this time to purchase the official tickets and to deliver them before your visit. Later visit dates remain selectable at any time.
5. Prices and payment
All prices are in euros and include the official park price and our service fee, shown separately during booking.
Payment is processed by our payment provider Whop. We do not receive or store your full card details.
The confirmation email we send after payment serves as your proof of payment. We do not send separate invoices.
6. Delivery of the tickets
We deliver your official tickets by email within 12 hours after we receive your payment.
You are responsible for entering a correct email address. If the email address is wrong or does not accept our message, we cannot deliver the tickets; contact us at info@national-park.eu and we will resend them.
Please also check your spam or promotions folder before contacting us — automated emails sometimes end up there.
7. Park-specific conditions
- Cinque Terre — access to the Via dell'Amore path is tied to a booked time slot. We reserve the exact slot you selected; access outside that slot is decided by the park organisation.
- Plitvice Lakes — student tickets require a valid student card to be shown at the entrance. Without a valid card the park may refuse entry or charge the full adult price on site.
- Plitvice Lakes — two-day tickets are valid on two consecutive days starting from the visit date you selected.
- Park rules, opening hours, capacity limits and closures for weather, maintenance or safety reasons are set and applied by the park organisations. We have no influence over them and are not responsible for them.
8. Changes, cancellation and no-shows
Once we have purchased your official tickets, changes and cancellations follow the rules of the park organisation. Contact us as early as possible and we will pass your request on, but we cannot guarantee that the park will accept it.
If you do not use your tickets on the reserved date, the park organisation determines whether any refund is possible. Our service fee covers work that has already been performed and is not refundable once the tickets have been delivered.
If we are unable to purchase your tickets — for example because the park sold out — we cancel your order and refund the full amount you paid.
9. Right of withdrawal
Consumers in the European Union have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. Because you expressly request immediate execution at checkout and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed, that right ends when we have delivered your tickets. Full details are on our withdrawal policy page.
10. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for breaches of essential contractual obligations, and then limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract — in practice up to the amount you paid for the order concerned.
We are not liable for decisions of the park organisations, for closures caused by weather, maintenance or safety, or for missed visits caused by incorrect contact details supplied by you.
Statutory consumer rights, including the two-year conformity rules under EU law, remain unaffected.
11. Complaints
Send complaints to info@national-park.eu with your booking reference. We confirm receipt within one working day and aim to resolve every complaint within 14 days.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Dutch law. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of the EU member state in which you have your habitual residence.
